MLB home run king-Hank Aaron; A-Rod may be suspended

Why should A-rod be punished for telling the truth? I like selig generally but this is just stupid.

In A-Rod's defense, its pretty unfair to suspend him for that. That test was not supposed to be used for that reason. It was just a test to see if there was an issue or not. Players were told they would not get in trouble.

Also, I think Selig's argument was that it was against the law? I am pretty sure there is a law against posessing them, but not an actual law against using them. IF they were in the posession of a trainer or something then what law would he be breaking?

Not a chance he can or will suspend him. Just a way for Selig to act like he is doing something w/o actually doing something.

Hank Aaron should still be the homerun king. People thought he was bitter for not showing up when Bonds was breaking his record, but I don't blame him

I have a problem with this. Is he going to suspend each player who gets a speeding ticket? Selig is a commish of a sport, not a freaking prosecutor. It's like the business entity concept in accounting. What people do under his watch at baseball games is one thing, their personal lives need to be separate.

Donald Fehr will have him for breakfast if Selig tries to suspend A-rod.

I suppose once they are in your body you are in possession of them. Kind of like a drug mule.
