Milwaukee Bucks Unis and Digital Ads

Interesting article from UniWatch (free) talking about how digital ads on televised games led to a change in uniform colors. I hadn't really noticed the digital ads until the MLB playoffs, when the ads behind home plate looked... off. Anybody else seen this?

I feel like I saw those digital on field ads in European soccer like 20 years ago and now only recently seeing them in more American sports leagues. I guess they had to push the tech in a sport with no timeouts and just halftime.
