I got home from work at five, checked the rain gauge, we had 3.5 inches today, its been raining all night since then. Ground is saturated, no place for the rain to go. Pretty much forget about playing any high school baseball games for the next few days. Still thundering now, down here in SE Iowa.

I don't know about you guys, but the rain is starting to get on my nerves.

Could be a LOT worse. Ie see all the hail or tornado photos

The heaviest stuff is staying south but that radar is no beuno. We only had 1.5 or maybe 2 in now. Northern MO going to be in bad shape.

A coworker said he drove through water over 215th east of Bloomfield. Not near a creek but just coming from a field

I had a chance to go by where tornado hit this afternoon. It is awful. Tornado literally went by less than mile or two from residential area. I spent couple of hours in basement with my family while tornado passed. It was miracle that there was no fatalities.

Tornadoes are no joke. So scary.
