mccaffery = Mike Rice?

we've seen this pattern of out of control fran mccaffery developing over the years. You have to be certain a man who loses it like that in games doesn't isolate that to the public stage. I'm amazed some video of this out of control behavior hasn't leaked from practice, like what cost Mike Rice his career at Rutgers. Maybe fran has kept the cell phone videos silent so far, but sooner or later some damning video from practice is bound to leak to the press as well.

ESPN's Myron Medcalf rips mccaffery for his actions last night, correctly saying it may have cost iowa the game. For now his players are saying all the right things. they pretty much have to, don't they??

Gotta say that's a pretty ignorant comment. There's no comparison between Fran's action and Rhoads' pleas from astonishment at bad calls. Huge difference between horrible anger issues and amazement/pleading over bad calls.

Rhoads actions aren't that much different than Fran's, stop being ignorant. But Fran does seem to take it one step further.
