Missing the tourney, on the bubble, and the bottom of the Big 12 may all be true at once

Lipsey isn't Hunter......................yet. And there is no Brockington.
When those two were on ISU was top 15. When they weren't.......bottom 15.
Don't think there will be the wild swings however and can see a season with W/L numbers similar to last season.
How far they make it in the tourney will depend on their seed and the draw.
But I see no reason for a monster drop off.

Among the choices available, I chose "Miss Tourney, On Bubble" (which is how I have it with my preseason bracket). I think a realistic expectation is in range of higher-seed NIT to one-and-done (either as double-digit seed with 1st round loss, or First Four win then loss).
I think we're an NIT team. Hope I'm wrong and we make the dance, but the Big 12 is a beast again.
