Maybe because its a movie that is based on a weather phenomenon (winter storm/blizzard) that put old man Sheldon in deep ****.
Who knows, maybe they will show Twister next week and The Day After Tomorrow the following week......
Remember when MTV showed Music videos? Same goes for VH1 or CMT. My music tastes have evolved away from Scorpions to be more of a Country Music fan...and I just don't get why they have to show Trick my Truck or Dukes of Hazzard when it absolutely is NOT want anybody wants to watch.
Why is Chris Matthews on television?
Television management inherently "jumps the shark" and starts telling people what they want to see instead of being market driven. The Nielsen ratings are largely window dressing.....TV execs are ideologically driven once they get fat and happy and--in their perception--they have a captive market share. If Good Morning America wants to talk about Michael Jackson for 3 months.....that is what you are going to get. Sam Champion is going to report the most innocuous of weather events claiming global warming and you mean, selfish Americans are to cause. I can stomach to watch very little tv outside of sports anymore.....it is all so boring. So now we get movies on Weather Channel?
Advice: sell stock if you own it in the media company that owns weather channel. Reality: you cannot sell your stock in the media giants because some Yaley smart-*** fund investors keep pumping money of the your 401k's into crap-holes like Big Media under the sophomoric guise of "diversification" without fear of failure or consequence because they know they will still get their salary and bonus despite performance.
