Mateen Cleaves in deep doo doo?

Wonder if Morris has his mentor's problems on his mind?

When I read the headline I thought the article would be about the time the Clones got raped against msu. What a load that was.

How did I know this type of doomsday post would be in here? Calm down Sally.

What "Doomsday post?" I've been listening to reporters talk for a few days about Morris struggling with more than the shoulder. So I wondered if Morris might be concerned about someone who has been really helpful to him. We all know that he cares a ton about Flint.

My gut says that the boyfriend found out and all of a sudden it became assault and rape. Happens literally all the time. Did he force her into the hotel, force her in the elevator, force her in the room? Maybe, but the fact it specifically mentions "her boyfriend" id bet everything is dropped.

No mystery why rape is so seldom reported.

While I have personally seen it falsely reported by people I know for attention you should by no means assume that in any case.

Yay, rape culture!

While you don't want to assume it's a false charge, you can't remove it as a possibility.

Which is exactly what i was saying. Thats the problem with all of this, men are considered guilty until proven innocent, when it should always always always be the other way around until it is proved. Listened to a news show on sirius the other day and some police dept. somewhere has a new way of investigating these reports. They bring the potential victim in, have her call the assaulting party and say why would you do that to me, i cant believe you would do that etc etc. Then they use what the guy says back to her as evidence, in many cases the guy is like sorry I was drunk etc. But in a surprisingly high number of cases, the guy is like wtf are you talking about? I just dropped you off an hour ago and couldn't get you to leave my house. They take that with other evidence to consider in the case. I just think its bs that a woman can say something happened and the guy is guilty instantly. Ive personally seen people lose jobs/kicked out of schools etc only to have the woman say , just kidding yolo 2 months later. With no repercussion. Even if it is 1 time out of 20, its still sickening to think it happens, just as sickening as rape itself imo.

My point is none of this matters in determining whether or not any kind of assault happened.

So you dont think that if they come in holding hands, shes blowing him in the elevator she comes down and asks for extra towels, none of what happened in the hotel matters? Lolwut? Did the camera show her leisurely leaving the room and turning back and waving? Did it show her running for her life? These would all be important pieces, what happened in the hotel definitely matters. But no, lets just assume guilty till otherwise and call it rape culture. good one.

She's saying it happened in one of the rooms, wtf are you talking about?

She could have willfully gone into the hotel, rode the elevator with him, entered the room.

That doesn't mean she's signing up to have sex with him. None of that equals consent.

I'm not assuming any guilt. You however, seem to be assuming she's lying about it.

This is why it is so under-reported. The only crime where the victim is assumed to be a liar.

if this happens literally all the time, you might want to reconsider how you live your life.
