Mantuary / Garage Mahal

Tonight we went over to this guys house to check out his cars and garage. Little did I know that people do these things to their garages... When we got there he said he had been watching the football game in the garage, I didn't think much of it, but then we went out there...

Let me summarize what is in the attached pictures. (I apologize that the second is kind of fuzzy)

There are 5 large-screen flat panel tv's on the wall.
There are 4 DirecTv HD boxes
There is the NFL Sunday ticket so they can watch 4 games at a time.
A full bar
A poker table
Reclining theater seating for 8 people.
A fireplace.
A jukebox.
I'm not sure what else I missed because I found at least 1 more TV while we were looking at the cars.
 
So I'm guessing single with no kids? I guess if I'm putting that kind of money into a room I'll just go ahead and make room for it in the basement.
 
Well..what about the cars?
 
While it is a nice man cave, the problem that comes with this is if you make it too nice, the wife will invade and eventually take over. The more you fight it, the faster it will happen. Stealth is the key, fake walls, a good lock, valium in her coffee on gameday. A seperate entrance for your buds is always crucial, because if they get asked how so and so is by the wife, it is usually followed up with a phone call, and that buddy is in the doghouse for a couple of weeks, because he is supposed to be out running errands, and you are now on his **** list.

Very good point, you have to be very careful. If it is indeed too nice, she will invade and fill it with ******* baskets and scrap booking crap.

You mean the $2,000 in baskets that she bought 10 years ago that we're going to be a great investment? Oh yeah she just sold all those on craigslist for $300.
 
I would like to add more Gladiator Garageworks to my garage this winter but it's so $$$. So far I have a full wall system but I'd like to add a couple more cabinets. I did put in some in-wall speakers this year, which is pretty cool to have.
