He's not a woman..he's both a man and woman. He fathered six children and he's more man than woman physiologically, but in his head he now feels like a woman. He has both working parts..but I'm sure one is hiding the other which is why he never even knew.

Pretty sure I would have gone to a therapist before turning 40 (I think). It wouldn't have taken a kidney stone to make me realize I was a she male.
