Gonna make this quick... I was one of the lucky chosen in the first T-shirt contest for the Hilton T-shirt. Unfortunately Josh ran out of 2x before my name was drawn so I took an XL instead. No complaints here, a free shirt is a free shirt, not his fault I'm a robust individual and an XL hugs me in places I probably don't need to be hugged. In any case, without prompting, apparently Mr. Kagavi went ahead and fired me off the last 2x baseball shirt with a personal note explaining he felt bad about not having the 2x the first time. Pretty spectacular surprise when the mail came today.
Clearly Josh is a stand-up guy. The limited edition shirts are unique and definitely my style. The history lessons they are based on are even better. And apparently the customer service (mind you I haven't purchased anything yet) is incredible... Looking forward to the next shirt, which I'll obviously be buying (save a 2x for me or let me preorder!)
