Disagree. Had a 5MG seltzer from a brewery in Minnesota recently and definitely felt it.

Edit: some states have banned the hemp derived stuff to not allow products like these to be sold or manufactured. I guess Iowa has not made their own law outlawing it
not a heavy user at all. 5 mg is nothing. Ok maybe I would revise that to 4 or 5.
6 beverages at 5 MG of THC a piece? I've seen 10mg gummys take people over the paranoia edge. 30MG would be a hell of a trip for someone who isn't experienced.
