Not sure if donors are given the option of purchasing tickets through the ISU box office however if ISU makes it to the regional round in Houston, and you have the option of purchasing tickets (but cannot make the trip), then I would purchase the tickets and pay a little extra. Please PM me if you have access to tickets you would sell as my girlfriend is from the area and it sure would make for a nice trip back home for her...plus having more Cyclone fans fill up the arena and watch them live would be great!

This is typically difficult to do as an order through ISU must be picked up at the venue day of by the individual who purchased.

Bigger donors can buy them, but the e-mail (at least for these first 2 rounds) specifies that the purchaser has to pick them up with their ID.

I just saw where the Cyclone Athletic Department posted the NCAA only gave them 550 tickets for Louisville with only 332 going to fans and the rest to players/coaches/family members. Doesn't make either the NCAA, or the ISU athletic department, look to good since they advertise donation levels of $2500 being eligible to purchase 2 NCAA tickets as part of that membership level benefit. Definitely going to be some unhappy donors who up'd their amount to that required level just for that purpose.

I agree. The size of some of these arenas/stadiums and the NCAA only throws a participating school in the preliminary rounds 550 total...for which only 332 are available to fans. That just seems completely crazy!!
