Lions in love with Jake Knott.

I realize this talk is a bit premature but I'm pretty excited about it.
I still have a few connections with the Detroit Lions front office from my playing days.
Nothing major as a most faces have changed.... but the word is that they already have Jake
very high up on there draft board.I know its very early but I would love to see Jake playing with
the Lions.
Hell...I'm not even a Lions fan anymore and question their ethics the past few years but what a great defense they are building.
I just want to see another former Cyclone playing LB in the league.Especially on a good defense.
I'd like to see Jake stay healthy this year so that he is gien the chance.

Very cool although I'd like to see him in Denver Orange. I guess we will have to settle for A.J. as I believe both he and Jake should be playing on Sunday's next year.

That would be awesome. Jake seems like the kind of player an NFL coach would love. Plays smart and hard, all the time. Seems to take care of himself off the field.
 
Lets hope Jake does stay healthy then he will have a shot at getting drafeted. So far he is in the best shape he has ever been in heading into the season!!
 
I think AJ and Knott should go as a package to a forward thinking team that gets the intangibles of two guys who play well in tandem.

The Jets run a 3-4, so outside linebacker is a completely different animal. But I'm right there with you, the Jets need to sign one of these beasts to make a tandem with Demario Davis at inside linebacker well into the future.
 
I wouldn't be a huge fan of Knott going to the Lions...as a Vikings fan I'd hate to have to cheer against him for at least 2 games a season. I do hope Jake and AJ have successful nfl careers though, they deserve it with all the hard work they put into their game

How can a post as idiotic as this one be written by a guy with "Honor before victories" in his signature? Leading with your helmet is a great way to give yourself a spinal injury, and attempt to injure the guy you're hitting. Next time you feel like posting something stupid like this, just please don't.
