All this well deserved love for Lattimer I thought Josh Lenz played an incredible game too. From the unreal TD catch to some nice returns and good running on the reverse. I am excited about this kids future.

Still can't believe it...GO CYCLONES!!!

I've liked him a lot since last season. Maybe his most impressive play of the day was on the reception in the flat where he made a guy miss & then picked up a bunch of yards after the catch. Only it was called back because of one of our patented offensive PI/blocking before the catch calls. He's just solid. He doesn't seem to drop many balls that are thrown his way & he seems to have a knack for doing something with it after he's got his hands on it. I don't want want to seem like I'm bagging on any of our players, but I really think Money & Lenz need to be seeing more snaps at the expense of Sed.

AA put the ball in a place were only the WR could get it (for Lenz's td)...

Great throw, great catch!

Did you know he's black on NCAA Football 11? At the level of detail the game claims to have, you would think they could get the player's race right. Especially since he's such a great player.

That OPI call was BS. Franklin never even came in contact with a Texas defender until the play was almost over. It was a complete hose job.

Two great games and Money and Lenz saw more action in both games. Lenz was very impressive. WR's as a whole a had a good day. Williams made a great catch to extend a drive as well. WE need WR's to make plays a couple times a game.

I wondered about that. Of course they didn't show a replay on the live broadcast. Based on Franklin and Rhoads' reactions, they seemed to legitimately wonder where the call could have possibly come from.

I'm always amazed how refs can create penalities like that, but then manage to miss holding on every one of Texas' pass plays on their last 3 possessions. There was a takedown on that 3rd and 17 (?) conversion that Texas made that would have made Kevin Jackson proud. :realmad:

Watching again today it looked like they should have called it on Darks... if they wanted to call it at all. He ran a route right at his guy, cut in, and just ran in to him. It could be seen either as he made the cut and got stopped or he blocked the guy. He did get his hands up so it can easily be confused as a block.

Franklin never touched a guy but based on his reaction immediately after the play he felt he did do something wrong.
