Curious to see how this goes this Sunday and if it has any meaning.

Casey needs matches (and wins) and I’d think a couple of others could as well?

Cabanban/Fuessley, etc.

I have to think Dresser is on the phone with coaches trying to get some DI guys to the LCO, especially at 141.

Does anyone know if there are other starters around the country that are needing some matches to qualify for a spot?

I think there are plenty of guys around the country who could use the matches to get to the minimum D1 matches threshold, it is just a matter of whether coaches will be sending them or not.

I know it kindof made a mockery of the process a couple of years ago when you had teammates forfeiting to teammates. But it is a really good idea to have a tournament to get guys D1 matches before the qualification tournament, especially if you could get some D1 teams in the midwest to buy in.

I'm fairly naïve to these things, but would any coaches be of a mind to send their 141 reserves to the LCO to help ensure Swiderski gets an allocation and doesn't potentially steal one from their own 141 starter? Do coaches think like that?

What is the day like for the Last Chance Open? How much time should I plan to spend there?

Looks like Broderson is the only starter going this weekend. Also good to see Manny down at 165. I think he will find more success there
This is a bit surprising to me, but it’s probably best to let Casey rest for a few weeks.

Last night, I was trying to give away tickets to the Last Chance Open. I have season tickets, but didn't find them in my ISU Tickets account. Seems a bit odd that this event wasn't included with my season tickets.

I think no ticket is required. It's at the Lied Center. Should be able to just walk in.

Yes, but there probably won’t be anyone at Last Chance that would improve it.
