Tomorrow night is the end of a fantastic era. Let's reminisce on your favorite Kobe memory and pay tribute to one of the greatest.

I don't have a favorite memory, and wasn't really a fan of Kobe, but it will be really weird with him gone. Just age wise for me I was on the tail end of the Jordan era and really can't remember NBA basketball without Kobe.

Great player, great career.

The time he changed his number so people would forget about his little incident in Colorado.

I had a buddy who was in law school and they studied the documents from the descriptions of Kobe's actions...some interesting stuff.

Great player, but missing him after this season feels like saying you missed Michael Jordan after his 3rd retirement with the Wizards.

I've never been a Kobe fan. He's obviously been a great and successful player, but I never liked him.

My favorite Kobe moment was when he bought his wife a giant ring to make up for his sexual assault allegations.

My favorite memory is of him bricking three after three after three while my boys Stock, Horny, and the Mailman ran them off of the floor in the playoffs.

I love how it didn't take long for this thread to do a complete 180 from the intentions.

When he very publicly cheated and was accused of sexual assault. I hate Kobe.

Well Kobe is a very polarizing character. Not many people can deny his abilities as a player, but you either love him or hate him as a person.

Here is an interesting question that I can't answer since I don't like him.

Did kobe hurt his reputation as a player by staying so long? Does your opinion change if you are a laker fan too? (versus just a Kobe fan?). The Lakers have paid him a ton of money to do not much for several years.
