I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all of your hard work and the sacrifices you have made to be an Iowa State Football player and ISU student. I am proud of the whole team, specifically the way you all have conducted yourselves both on and off of the field. I am sorry to hear of your season ending injury. I cannot relate specifically to the work that you put in these last several weeks just to get back in to the battle because I have never been a Division I football player. My guess is that it takes a great deal of hard work, and a great sense of time management. I know that many of these things can be said about all of the student athletes at Iowa State, but I wanted to thank you, personally for your dedication. Thank you Mike Knapp.
