One way ticket to Thailand, not interested in coaching right now. Though really he didn't seem like he was interested in coaching most of this season.

How embarrassing for the Cardinals who never should have hired him in the first place, never should have offered an extension and finally ended up realizing he never was the guy they thought he was.

Hell of a place to go on an after-getting-fired bender….

He can collect checks for years why not?
He could live an awesome life and never have to work again.
100%. 43 years old with FU money. I just find Thailand to be an odd destination given the general implications. Costa Rica or Madrid or something would have made the story appear a little less spicy.

A one way ticket doesn’t mean **** when you’re rich. Just means he doesn’t know how long he feels like being there.

Smart guy.... realizes money isn't everything. Go enjoy your life. You're set for life financially.

To be honest from what I have seen and read, it did appear he had a really difficult situation this year. Sounds like the spoiled brat he had at QB was a cancer to the entire team. Plus all the other injuries etc. was pretty rough.

Not saying he was an outstanding coach, but he did have a pretty tough go this year.

He’ll get back into coaching, maybe even as early as next season. Just taking a vacation and deciding what he wants to do next. He’ll be just fine if he sits out a year too.

Yeah, definitely a return to college football vibe out of his tenure in AZ.

I predict a jump to the Pac 12 a la Riley. Maybe WVU? There's an Air Raid history there, and let's face it Neal Brown is on the thinnest of ice. That would be a very sellable hire in Morgantown.

I think he could be a decent NFL offensive coordinator. He is just too laid back to be a HC

I don’t think so. It’d be hard to sell someone who got fired from their P5 college job and NFL job. If he goes back to the college ranks, it’s either as a P5 coordinator, or as a head coach at the G5.
