Posted this in the gameday thread but 810 in KC has reported Self won't coach today due to a health issue. Rumors on twitter that he was admitted to hospital for apparent heart attack.

It was an innocent trip off a step into a group of KU fans after the game and a KU Karen decided to say ‘this faggot just hit me’. Which was not close to true and it escalated very quickly. I said ‘I am so sorry for bumping into you’ and the first response was ‘that fag just hit me’ and it was on. My friends literally jumped from like ten feet away and confronted her for the comment. I eased it and stupid as it was but it wasn’t worth it. Then the girls friend looked at me and was like ‘faggot look what you did she’s crying because you hit her’ and then all bets were off. Not physical. But it was a full on bible thumping ku vs lib isu gay friendly altercation. Ku fans ended up out of the p and l.
Someone came and removed the girl who said it and the others with her followed.
And I was fully overserved. Fully admit. But literally just bumped into her and it was an issue that didn’t need to be until they made it my issue.
