A spokesperson from the Sheriff's Office tells TMZ Sheriff's detectives met several times with the prosecutor from the State's Attorney's Office to review the case. Law enforcement sources say DNA evidence did prove there was intercourse, but, according to a Sheriff's document, the prosecutor concluded, "There was not enough evidence to prove lack of consent, the alleged victim's statement is not consistent with other witnesses." The case was closed out on December 8, 2009.

Johan is the man. When i was 15 I got his autograph and while he was signing my hat, my friend's dad said loudly, "Hey Joe, didn't you say you could hit Johan's fastball." Johan looked me in the eye and said, "Maybe... some day"

misleading title...my first MLB baseball game was Johan Santana pitching at the Dome. My grandpa was disappointed that we didnt get to see Brad Radke pitch, and that some young kid named Santana was pitching who was usually in the bullpen. He threw a two hitter. Awesome.
