In Jeff Woody's video explaining the pistol offense he gets asked to name the fastest guy on the team. He follows by saying probably between jansen and wimberly, but then the reporter asks him who has been the fastest since he has been a cyclone and he says Jeremy Reeves. So my question is did Jeremy participate in the pro-day a few weeks ago and if so, what was his 40 time?

nfldraftscout.com shows his low 40 time as 4.35, high of 4.57, for a "true" 40 of 4.46. No times listed under Pro Day results.

Side note- I see a story on NFL.com about Carter Bykowski and Josh Lenz making good impressions at the Pro-Day. Lenz ran his 40 in 4.36 and 4.37.

Never realized he was that fast, thought he made most of his plays by being a hardworking football player with a high football IQ. :jimlad:

Lenz was very fast. I think we suffered last year because he seemed to be fighting injury most of the season. Reeves is tiny but fast enough and with good enough ups that he should still be playing football somewhere.

Lenz was deceptively fast. I think we suffered last year because he seemed to be fighting injury most of the season. Reeves is tiny but fast enough and with good enough ups that he should still be playing football somewhere.

I think that's the correct terminology

Anybody remember Dawan Anderson from the late 90's? I remember him running an un-official 4.19 40 during testing but I don't think he ever participated in anything official (Pro Day, Combine, etc...).

Don't forget that Lenz is also scrappy

Reeves had a minor surgery that kept him out of working out for pro day. I won't specify on here because I'm not sure if he wants the world to know, nothing to be worried about though
