This won't end well. DC is one of the most dysfunctional franchises in the pro sports and that won't change as long as Snyder is signing checks.

Was really disappointed in his play calling towards the end in Cincinnati. So, I'm glad he's gotten a head coaching job. Shouldn't be too hard to find an upgrade for the Bengals' OC.

It gets better. A report surfaced a few days ago that Jay Gruden talked Bengals ownership into drafting Andy Dalton instead of Colin Kaepernick, his argument being that Dalton fits better with what he wants to do offensively.
So now he goes to DC where he'll inherit an incumbent starting QB who relies heavily on his mobility and a backup who more closely fits the Andy Dalton mold. Geez, I wonder how that'll shake out?
