I know this sounds ridiculous, but what about firing McDermott and bring Jake Sullivan in as an interim coach, with the potential to be our full time head coach based on performance??? It would give us an edge in landing Harrison Barnes since he's his AAU coach, and we could probably pay him bottum dollar, while we payoff McDermott's contract. I know he has virtually know coaching experience besides AAU, but we need something to change quick!! We stink!!! You want find anybody with a better work ethic based on his work ethic as a player. Seems ridicolous but we need something dramatic to turn this sinking ship around.
