ISU brought it. I understand Iowa won, but this went just as well as anyone could have imagine with Iowa having a full line up. A scramble at 197 away from taking the dual. Outside of 157 and 285, where Iowa was just better, and 165, where Iowa was just that much better, ISU was the better prepared, conditioned, and tactical wrestler. Night and day from last year. 133, 141, 149 and 184 won HUGE matches. 125 showed toughness and was a small call away from taking the major away.
Hopefully the team can build from this. Haven't been going that crazy during an ISU-IA dual since 2009. Excited to see where the coaching staff and the wrestlers can take this team.
