ISU volleyball today 11:00am

Mantz getting some early playing time. I'm sure there are some tactical decisions being made with basically a double header today. Herbst looks to be holding off until the late game.
A win is a win. We didn't look too excited to be playing this game, lots of mental mistakes. Mantz got some playing time, so did Baranski. I watched the whole match, can't think of anyone who stood out, but we got it done. Next match on ESPN+
In briefly, Mantz assisted in a block in the 2nd set. With the number of players we got, it may take a while for even a talent like Mantz to work into a role.
I thought the same but Josie had a couple Aces later in the game today. Tactics may have changed as we struggled with WCU.

North Carolina State could be a better team than their 3-4 record indicates. NCS beat Kansas State 3-1 and have lost to some decent teams. We need to put together a solid effort or will get ambushed. Tune in prior to the Iowa Football game and cheer the Volleyball team on!

Thought the team looked pretty stellar and played pretty clean after the 1st set. Piper really spread the sets around today, getting 4 or 5 hitters going, and NC State didnt know who to block.
