According to Rivals, ISU is out of consideration for Josh Cunningham, He took an official here, along with Oklahoma, Creighton, Bradley. They are inconsideration along with Minnesota, Indiana, South Carolina, St. John's, DePaul, Michigan State. Michigan State only team on that list that have not offered.

Rumor is he wants to start immediately, so that could be why.

Several options for four-star senior

no need to bash any recruits before or after they're on our list... It's a big decision and he's just a teenager. I'm sure if you were in his shoes you'd probably have some back and forth on where you wanted to go too.

If Vaughn doesn't select ISU tonight, I wouldn't be surprised if they go back after Cunningham hard and work back into consideration with him

Totally understandable if he wants to start right away. There is no way that's happening with our returning front court next year. He would have had the opportunity to redshirt and then get a lot of minutes or start the rest of his career. But I absolutely can't blame the kid. Good luck to him where ever he ends up. I'd like to see him go to a Big 10 school and not OU.

I would be extremely surprised. That spot needs to be penciled in for about 15 points a night I'd say. So it's either a talent like Vaughn or a proven transfer. Cunningham isn't going to be close to that year 1.
