That is a significant spread. A bit bigger than I imagined and speaks well to our defense so far.
Seems high. This is not a pushover opponent by any means. Saw a lot of that Illinois game, and while Illinois is having a ton of injury problems right now.......UTC looked good. They like to push the tempo, press full court after every one of their made baskets, have several guys who can get to the rim, and a couple decent 3 point shooters.
Of course, ISU can beat them at Hilton, but I think it will be a closer game than many think.

Good lord we're going to be a top 5 team when this game gets played AT HOME. The only hype train that rolls harder than pre-season ISU football is the Watch out for whatever half decent low-major team that comes to Hilton hype train.
No one seems to be too worried about UNI at Wells Fargo but UT Chattanooga at home better watch out! 14 point spread is too high they made the Sweet 16 one time in the 90's!
Meh, don't play down to your competition. Take better care of the ball in transition, and don't try to make wild drives with the basketball. Keep the pace up and keep shooting. We will win.
