I had a friend tell me Principal is interested in naming rights at ISU. Rumor is 20 million for the naming rights. Anyone here have more info on this?

I'm sure it would upset a number of folks and I can totally understand it. The idea of such things doesn't make me giddy either.

They could name the south endzone "Crazy Eddie's Used Cars South endzone" if that is what it takes to get done. OK..maybe not that extreme but you get the point. I wonder if that is one of the corporate sponsers that JP was hoping to get.

In all serious $20 million would be pretty sweet, but they would need to be careful in what they are willing to give up in terms of naming things.

Someone should really get to them (Athletic Department) and maybe even shoot an email to the owner of Hooter's who is an ISU alum I believe. I could go for Hooters South End-Zone...and even serve hooters wings at the games!!! Although, I'd be in the restroom more than I would the game lol
