2 Grand pianos. Located on top floor. Both Need to be disassembled to get down the stairs. Will take at least 4 people for each.

Only need two experienced guys for a regular upright.

This is pretty unique. I think it is a safe door, just the door. You would build a room and put in a heavy duty frame and then can install this door to turn that entire room into a safe. I was in a new bank once before it opened and that is what their vault was. An entire, fortified room with a full size safe door installed.

I bet these bring more than new. Auctions get people to do stupid things. How much weight do you need? I have a couple generic weights that fit the bracket. Not sure the weight. Probably 50#. I’d sell cheap.

Things on BK sales need to be at less than half price if they have a motor. The first thing that gets cut when they know BK is coming is maintenance. They are usually in terrible shape on BK sales.
