Being this game will be held in Carver. I think Iowa will keep it close in first half. ISU finally appears to be playing together. They don't have anyone to match up with Niang, and BDJ will give them another tough match-up.

Still wish we had Mckay for this game, but, we win in a tough match-up with a rival 85-77.

I feel like we'll be the better team come March but early in the season I think they'll get us at Carver. It's their superbowl, after all.

85-80 ISU.

BDJ posterizes Woodburry at least once
Nader shows great improvement and scores 10
Olaseni is Iowa's leading scorer
Monte starts out slow but hits an important 3 down the stretch
Georges gets in foul trouble but finds a way to put up good numbers
Matt Thomas has a strong showing

I think the first half will be close, and Iowa will probably even lead at halftime, but I have faith in CFH to make the necessary adjustments for the second half, and ISU will squeak out a 6 point win.

Iowa has had its moments this year, but they have not been consistent, especially with their shooting. They can play some defense because of their size, but they can't outrun ISU, and I don't think they can out-score them.

The thing I am least excited about is looking at that ugly mediacom court, it makes me want to gag. But it will make me appreciate how awesome Hilton is that much more.

Key to the game is to keep the tall goofly looking ginger off the free throw line, since that is literally the only thing that he's been good at so far this season.

ISU has to keep White off the FT line. If he has less than 8-10 attempts, I think we will be okay.

Any other Clones going? I've got a group of 4 headed up Friday

Iowa 77
ISU 74

I believe Iowa wants this game more than any game in the Fran era. We will go on to have a better season and they will be a bubble team. If we pull it out I will laugh hysterically because they will have nothing to live for.

I'm concerned about their size and our lack of it sans McKay.

We obviously have more talent, it will be interesting what Fred game plans against them. I would expect Iowa to be really aggressive on defense to try to make us uncomfortable like they did two years ago in Carver. We need to push the pace on offense because if we're scoring they won't be able to keep up
