Iowa the Best at Player Development?

One of my co-workers is a big hawk fan and spends a lot of time on blackheartgoldpants. He sent me the link to this article that claims that Iowa is the best school in the country for developing talent. Agree or disagree?

You must be joking. All those 4 & 5 stars that attend Texas, that you never hear from again?

I partially agree regarding Iowa. Dallas Clark and Bob Sanders weren't heavily recruited and were around a 1 or 2-star recruits

Iowa does a great job with the offensive and defensive lines in general. That can be credited to continuity and several coaches with line coaching roots in Ferentz' staff. Chris Doyle is also one of the most respected strength coaches in the country. It also helps that Iowa runs a Pro Style offense.

Ferentz selected and maintained a quality staff for quite some time. It will be hard to continue that since several of them have moved on or retired. Only time will tell.
