Texas has beaten 4 Big 12 teams by a total of 17 points. This is a winnable game, at home, at night. Just don't let them block a punt like last year.

Other than Bama, UT has struggled on the road. I want to say we can catch them in Ames one last time, and I know all of JTS, fans and the team, are going to be out for longhorn blood. It’s just tough because we everything was hyped up for KU also

I hope this spotlight is different than the huge game spotlight we had for Kansas.
This would be an epic win for us. Beat Texas for the last time (until we meet up with them in some mediocre bowl game 5 years from now) and knock them completely out of the playoff picture.

This is a little bit of a stretch if we’re being honest here. They’ve had 4 true road games - beat Alabama 34-24, beat Baylor 38-6, beat Houston 31-24, and beat TCU 29-26. They’ve struggled recently in the second halves of games, letting TCU, Houston, and Kansas State get back into the game late.

One interesting thing to note - Texas hasn’t left the state of Texas since week 2 vs Alabama.
