Iowa City Parking

I managed to get a ticket to the game tomorrow and will be driving over to Iowa City early in the morning. Never been there for a game, but I've heard horror stories about the parking. Any recommendations as to where to park? Given that I have an ISU license plate, I'd also like somewhere that my car is not likely to be destroyed by angry Iowa fans after we beat them. :yes:

Word on the street is that the Finkbine driving range that is used for parking will be closed because of the wet grass.

You could always try parking at IC West High, it's maybe a third of a mile from Finkbine down the road on Melrose Ave.

The train is a solid bet if you aren't in for the mission upon which I will embark in 6 hours.
