In addition to Bailey, Breece Hall was a dude this game.

Other takeaways from that article:

- they think that Patterson not starting Duggan lost them the game. Never mind that not consistently double-teaming Bailey in the first half probably hamstrung Downing as much as anything and put TCU behind instead of ahead.

- ISU averaged 8.3 yards per play which they felt worthy of pointing out.

- Miss St. getting 7 sacks in their game against LSU was worthy of mention but ISU's 7 sacks against TCU wasn't -- probably the opponent being the difference.

Duggan did play better than Downing... If Purdy could play and he was on the bench for the first half and we lost three, I'd be upset.

8.3 yards per play is awesome... no one averaged over 8 yards per play for the season last year

My guess is they got sick of mentioning us? Or Bailey already got mentioned and he had half the sacks?

The score may have ended up at 3, but they basically ran a free play to end the game.

True, but it was two point game with 6 minutes left... they were in the game. Speaking of which, we need to start a little faster this weekend, can't go a quarter and a half with a 0 on the board.
