I'm thrilled with the new staff, from the top down. The only real question is in recruiting (where I think they'll do just fine), because they haven't really had much time to establish that.

True, I think PR is taking the right approach with the recruiting as well, by trying to re-establish the recruiting lines within the state of Iowa that Chizelnuts completely destroyed!
