I mean, we already knew

We all know him as country bro doosh. He lives up to his name.

Sick of Duke overload but was already rooting for them over UNC. They and KU prove that the NCAA will never stop the blue bloods from cheating.

I like how he thanks his fans for allowing him to do this. How did they allow him? Did they all agree to let him cancel the concert? I don't think they had a choice in the matter.

This doesn't fall under any of the options for talent canceling a concert in most standard contracts. He's not sick, it isn't an act of God, he could get to the venue. Somebody is going to be losing their shirt on this, but unfortunately it likely won't be him.

Most acts feign illness in situations like this because they don't owe any money if it is health related.

If I had tickets to that concert, I would be livid! Especially for people with families who have made arrangements ahead of time, babysitting, maybe even time off from work if you work nights/weekends, etc. How inconsiderate can you be?
He could atleast give out some free weed from his cannabis business as a gesture of good will.

He was getting lit up by fans on Twitter.

People that sunk some serious bucks into the weekend.

I'd take a day off if ISU were playing.

So give them a refund and schedule a make up concert for free to these ticket holders.

It's kind of ****** but I think I would do the same for a Cy-Hawk Final Four or CFP game if I were in his shoes. Would you leave your coworkers high and dry to go to one of those games? Kind of the same thing though I understand a lot more people spent money in reliance on him putting on the show.

I agree that he should schedule a concert in San Antonio after this and make it free for all ticket holders to this one.

He could always just do what he did at his concert in Des Moines a few weeks back and not take the stage for an hour and a half. The game would be over and the show could go on.
