No, instead I blew all my credits on the Cowboys/Pack game last night.
I only bet on ISU when the point spread seems to be out of control. It's never a good idea to bet on a team you have an emotional tie to (whether positive or negative), it's too tough to be objective.
At least you didn't bet with real money in Vegas. I didn't bet on ISU, but the Hawkeyes barely came thru and I won $50 on the total points and got a push on the game. Missouri and Indiana let me down, but I broke even on all my bets, I guess that's a victory.
I'm by far not one to brag about being right on my bets but I won that one, unfortunately. I'm still betting piddley amounts though. Went from 400k to about zero during the NBA playoffs... I still have no expectation of ever getting into the lofty stratosphere of those with millions to count! :notworthy:
Well, the very big bets certainly didnt go well but I only even got up to 400k because of a few 30-50k bets, which I think are large!
As for posting a lot, I have very little to say, as I'm sure most who read my posts would attest. :biggrin:
You just need to be creative. Just go to an old thread and post a ton of one word posts so you can line your pockets with credits

Same here. It takes off some of the sting.
If ISU wins, I'm fine with giving away my credits
If ISU loses, I can always say "At least something good happened".
I was cautious enough to only bet 200k credits, and $20 on the moneyline win at NYNY sportsbook. NYNY was the only book I saw that still had ISU +115 on gameday, all the rest had dropped to +105. Yet another place the impact of thousands of Cyclone fans was felt?
PSU was the way to go last week. I loaded up 750,000 credits on the Nits, and they paid off big.
