An incredible game, and it could have gone either way. Probably, if there was actual justice, the Clones would have won.

I think CPR is the exact recipe for a huge Clone attack. I look for you to win the Big 12 next year. And probably the following year or two.

I hope, I really do, that Iowa State is prepared to pay the man. If not, there is a risk of losing him to some other team who is down on their luck. (Texas? My goodness, I hope not, but they have more money than everyone but Notre Dame).

CPR is a native Iowan though, and I don't see it. He is in it for the love of the game and the kids, or at least I believe that. You guys have a TIGER in your midst. Holy cow, I cannot wait to see the Clones tear this league apart.

Ditto. ISU fans have nothing to be ashamed about tonight. Helluva game, helluva effort by your team and a gutsy, gutsy coach. Hell, on those two 50 yard FG's, I was expecting Rhoads to call for a fake.

I think many of the Husker fans in the stadium were just as stunned as the rest of us at the outcome of the game. On paper the game shouldn't have been close, but the guys scrapped away and came away just a bit short. My wife went with me, and she's a big Husker fan, but I caught her cheering for the Clones a couple times in the 2nd half. She usually cheers for us the other games, but never when Nebraska is in town.

I bid good luck to Nebraska in ending the south's dominance of the Big XII title game, and good luck in the Big 10. Make sure you take the Hawks to the woodshed a few times, Big Red. We'll try to do likewise next year at the Jack.

Go State! On to Boulder to beat the Buffs!

I agree 100% with the OP. I cant say how hard you guys just scrapped it out. Just goes to show you that last year was no flash in the pan fluke. The clones are here to play hard and rhoads has got you guys on the right bus. And what about AA. Man was still hirt but they knew they needed him for the win so he gutted it out. Im still stunned, and honestly if it wouldnt of been for my inlaws rubbing an ISU in my face for the rest of my life. I would of been rootin for the clones in the end. They fought harder for the win then we did, end of story.
