How often do you wash your coffee mug at work?

Much like my grill I find myself only cleaning my coffee mug when I feel like it has been too long or it definitely needs it. Am I the only one? Topic of discussion in the office this morning.

If I drink coffee I just bring a travel mug and coffee from home. I try to bring my water bottle home every two weeks or so to wash.

For the longest time never when I used a basic coffee cup. I'm pretty sure I had lost measurable volume in the cup. Now I have a contigo autoseal so I try to keep that clean so it doesnt get all gunked up.

I destroy the environment and use a Styrofoam cup every day.

My water bottle though.........now that's something I should wash more often.

I usually rinse it out every day before filling up and take it home every few weeks to go through the dishwasher.

Maybe once a year. Sometimes a coworker will see how nasty it is and wash it for me.

The good folks here at work gave me a metal lined cup back when I started in 2008. I have used it for coffee or tea almost every day since. I always rinse it, and clean the metal lip every day. However, I haven't really done any serious cleaning on the lower insides of the cup. The build up of coffee is quite brown down there. Maybe it adds to the flavor. :)
