If you're a good player on defense I don't blame you for leaving for the money at all. Why would you want to stay here and lose because your offense is as bad as it is?

A lot of people on offense, I'd imagine. If I was a offensive player, anywhere, I'd have a hard time looking out at the field and thinking " holy crap, I'm better than that".

Defensively at least, the guys can see that we're good. If you're not playing on offense given our ineptitude, I don't want to lose people but honestly, I'd completely understand

The rest of this season is now a recruiting visit for our own team. The ones that cant cut it and will be recruited over anyways. And then the coaches need to make their case that this is a place worth staying.

I'd be frustrated if I was a defensive player. Week and after week including last season the defense played well enough for us to win just to watch the offense continue to **** the bed.
