God forbid a charitable cause cuts into some TV time.![]()
I believe the "" got me under the impression that you have a problem with raising awareness for these people. Dont forget the addedVery heartwarming.
It was an easy choice for NBC. Only way to match the competition in the ratings... air the same thing.
Post of the night!!!! (waiting in anticipation for Conan's show tonight)

Nothing like entertainers pimping themselves out to get in on free publicity.
Some of them actually THINK they're doing good, but this is all about keeping your image current. Agents everywhere were popping Tums, hoping "their" star gets a decent billing, in an effort to exploit other peoples' pain and suffering.
Did you know that there actually are a small number of celebs who quietly do charity work? Harrison Ford, for instance, donates scads of time and money to do search and rescue work with his aircraft. Oh, and risks his precious hide, to boot.
Yeah celebs shouldn't use their star power to help others in need.![]()
While most of the celebs are probably donating, I am willing to bet they didnt go on this telethon and perform for free. I'll be real interested to see how this money is spent in Haiti.
