I apologize if this has been posted before, but I don't recall seeing it...

I ran across this "home made" video tribute to Johnny Orr on YouTube. Some great footage, including an interview with a young Fred Hoiberg.

And there is also a classic JO deadpan at 3:25; I think this came after ISU knocked off #2 OkSU in 1992.

Some great memories there. That Grayer dunk at :45 is just as fun to watch today as it was way back when

That's an awesome video.

I love his comments about the fans at 1:50 and his response to Pitino at 3:40.

And listening to his retirement announcement after 6:00 still chokes me up a bit.

IIRC - Johnny was upset (as you can tell from a few spots in that video) about the coaches being outside the coaches box. I guess he was pretty vocal about it during the game and I believe the iowa assistant Gary Close sent a few comments back Johnny's way...
