NCAA: WAIVER DENIED!!!

He should have gone to Florida, Georgia, Auburn or Alabama. The Bagmen would have made it possible for his Mom to follow him to one of those schools, and the NCAA would definitely have granted a waiver since he was now playing for one of the "National" programs.
