Hitting Quote Won't Jump to Comment Section

Whenever I try to quote someone the site does not react at all. It will populate the quote in the new comment section, but you must manually scroll down to it to type your response. Not sure if this is new by design or a bug, but I liked it when you would quote and it would pop you to the response box.

Using Chrome On Windows 10.

Yeah, I'm getting that too. Quoted several things three or four times before figuring it out and scrolling to the bottom.

Driving me nuts because it makes me think I didn't actually click it, so I click it again. Then I scroll down and the same quote is there a couple 2 3 times.

However clicking on ANYTHING gives you that CF popup video for the feature articles. Probably closed that a hundred times since yesterday.
