Ok, I know a lot of people think that Blake Griffin is the sure fire #1 pick in the 2009 draft, but Ricky Rubio is also eligible to be drafted. Who do you guys think has a higher ceiling in the NBA?

rubio is a talented point guard griffin is a thug who can push people around in college won't happen when he goes up against shaq td kg or yao

It's always tough to say because it might come down to the team drafting. However I agree that Griffen gets by on a lot of power on college that won't work in the pros. I've only seen Rubio play a few times in the olympics last year and I don't know if I'd want him running a standard NBA offense. If he was being coached by Dantoni then heck yes.

Blake Griffin and it is not even close.

Griffin is an athletic freak. Way better in college than Fizer was. He will be like a Charles Barkley in the NBA

I love watching Stephon Curry but he will be like a Redick in the NBA

I think Blake Griffin reminds me of Kris Humphries with a better head. Rubio is a stud. Point guards are harder to get in the NBA. There are a lot of Blake Griffins. Now if I was picking who to start a college team around it would be Griffin. He is a man child in College. Great player.

He is a lot better athlete than Redick and better ball handler. He will be a PG with 30ft range. I would compare him more to Jamal Crawford with a jump shot.

I don't think he is that athletic

He will have to play PG if he wants to play in the leauge
