This best way to make a point with herbie would be to win the game and have CMC talk about how great Ames is in the post game presser. That starts to change the perception of ISU to the elite media.

We can certainly poke fun but I sure hope our fans do this in a classy way...we don't need to come off as a bunch of bitter yokels who don't know how to act on the big stage. Too many negative stereotypes are out there already about Iowans...I'd rather see our fan base show what Iowans are really like. Loud...crazed even...good humored...and decent. You know, pretty much the opposite of the Squawkeye fan base.
