I don't use Facebook to often... mostly as a connection to chat with old High School or college friends and very little else.
Well, I have moved in the last six months and Facebooks security doesn't recognize my location.
So I had to do some security questions. I was waiting for the name of my school, or my first pet, mother's maiden name, whatever.
But my security questions were photos of my friends. People I haven't seen in 40 years and I never really looked at their photos. Now they want me to ID them, some of these photos were baby pictures or grandkids... there is no way I could get them.
They give you seven photos and I could skip two. Then out of the other five, I had five choices... this is a crazy method.
Then I tried to find a way to contact Facebook... the only way is to be a member as far as I can see... so do I have to start a new account or is there someway to contact them and explain that this security is crazy... at least for me.
