I am tired of B level ESPN broadcasts and would like to sync the Cyclone Radio network to the game tonight. Does anyone have a quick easy solution?

Well, what I've been doing with my DirecTV DVR is I listen to the radio broadcast on iHeartradio through my phone/headphones, then I pause the DVR of the game until it lines up with the radio call. Since the stream through iHeartradio is behind by a minute and a half or so, it lets me sync them up nicely. I would think your Sling TV has DVR/pause capability but guess I'm not sure.

It's awesome now that Learfield allows the radio broadcast to be streamed. I suppose if your Sling TV has a longer delay than iHeartradio you're screwed, but it's worth a shot.

I will have to see how the delay compares. SlingTV does have quite a delay. I don't pay enough to have the DVR feature on my stream. Just glad I get to watch the games compared to back in the day.

Does anyone else have a suggestion?

How is Sling my first mistake. It has a DVR service available that I don't want to pay for or would use. It is the most economical choice to stream. Why should I pay twice the money for the services you suggested? I can use the WatchESPN app with SlingTV.

The Radio broadcast is ahead of the streaming service. I need to delay the radio.

I use watchESPN for the video and the tunein radio app to delay the radio stream. However, it seems that ESPN changes their delay by several seconds either way during tv timeouts, so I have to re-sync it every commercial break.

Sling tv was your first mistake. Only certain channels have Dvr (fast forward, pause and rewind) capabilities at least the last time I checked. Sling also does not let you use your sling subscription as a tv provider for most of the channels individual apps, most notably the watchESPN app. Get PsVue, Hulu, or YouTube tv. Then you can pause the stream until the radio broadcasting has caught up.

This is utterly incorrect (as others have noted). I've been using my Sling TV subscription with the watchESPN app for 3 years.

Thanks for posting this question @Switch, I've been wondering the exact same thing for a while. I'll be giving the tunein radio app suggestion by @benman82 a try as well!

Not sure if iPhone vs Android are different, but here's what I do.
I have an iPhone 8.

Use the TuneIn Radio app to stream the Iowa State Cyclones Sports Network.
This app allows you to pause and play. Pause the ISU broadcast until it is in sync with the TV broadcast.

I have downloaded TuneIn and it is saying 100.3 is no longer available? Looks like the local clear channel stations are no longer carried. Am I doing something wrong?

search for Iowa State on TuneIn and go direct, you don't need 100.3 itself

I downloaded an app called RadioInSync. You have to buy and adapter but you can delay a plain old fm radio up to 64 seconds. It works pretty well except for the aforementioned change in delay ESPN makes during every commercial break.
