Harrison Barnes Jerseys in Ames Stores

I've seen Barnes' Ames High jersey in at least one Ames store (Sports Page). Has anybody seen t-shirts/jerseys for #40 Iowa State?

You would think some enterprising student or local company would print up Iowa State #40 t-shirts at least - to be worn at the next ISU game that Barnes attends. It would seem like Cyclone Nation would jump on something like that to show support for choosing Iowa State during his last visit before the announcement.

Anybody seen them anywhere? I'd like to pick one up this weekend.

Does ISU still have the tradition of having one of the players from the state of Iowa wearing #40 for Chris Street? That would work out perfectly for Barnes!

Don't how much of a tradition it was, but there are no current players on the roster wearing #40.

Well there it is. I say they load up Cyclone Alley with Ames High #40 jerseys for the game Friday! That will change any thought he may have had of going to UNC or Duke Kinda. I know I would've thought it was cool if a whole student section at an ISU game was wearing my high school jersey when I was that age. But then again I also wasn't anywhere close to a college basketball player let alone the #1 recruit in the nation.

I heard he's announcing Friday the 13th, lol, is that gonna be because of the horror for cyclones fans when he picks Duke????? JK Clones Fans, I hope you get him. Be a good story see this good a recruit stay home and be the new "mayor". He needs to do what's best for him, but sometimes that is said to much, If you can still do what you love and still remember where you came from. There's alot said for that. What percent you guys give yourselfes at this point to him going to ISU????
