Here are some notes from the Greater Des Moines Cyclone Club luncheon with John Skladany today. It was my first time seeing Coach Skladany and I was very impressed.

Football visitors this weekend include:

The big two are Gary Chandler and Larry Asante. I hope the student section chants their names in addition to the big three for basketball.

ISU commits: QB Phillip Bates, DE Will Eilert and WR Alex Sandvig

OG Brock Rodriguez (2007 recruit) out of Claremont, Oklahoma

LB Sean Fisher (2008 recruit) out of Millard North, NE. He was here for the UNLV game as well.
